Study On Purification Efficiency Of Particulate Matter And Organic Micro Pollutants By Filter Element Of Domestic Water Purifier

With the improvement of living standards, the health and safety of domestic drinking water has been widely concerned in recent years. The conventional treatment process adopted by Waterworks in our country can not meet the demand of consumers for direct drinking, and the tap water is easy to cause secondary pollution after being transported by some municipal pipelines in disrepair for a long time. Most of the residents in our country use buckets of purified water for drinking, but the buckets of water is not convenient to use, so the domestic water purifier is more and more widely concerned. The domestic water purifier is composed of filter elements of different materials and processes, and each filter element has its specific function of removing pollutants. At present, there is little research on the purification efficiency of monomer filter element. This paper analyzes the detection situation by studying the existing water purification industry standards at home and abroad. In this paper, the monomer purification of common PPC filter, activated carbon filter and reverse osmosis filter in household water purifier was studied. The purification efficiency of filter was observed by changing the working environment and influent concentration of filter. Three kinds of 5 μ m PPC filter elements with density of a, B and C were used; the standard solution with turbidity of 15ntu was prepared and passed through three kinds of PPC filter elements with pressure of 0.3MPa. The particle counter was used to observe the micro structure of PP cotton filter. It was found that the particles with particle size less than 5 μ m accounted for 90.4%, 83.58% and 81.49% respectively. The average particle size of filter a was the smallest, followed by filter B and filter C. In terms of the change of purification efficiency with the amount of purified water, the initial purification efficiency of filter a is the highest, and its initial purification efficiency reaches 94%, followed by that of filter B, which reaches 92%, and that of filter C is the lowest. With the increase of purified water, the purification efficiency of three kinds of PP filter elements showed a downward trend, and the attenuation rate was also different. The attenuation of purification efficiency of filter element a and filter element B was slower than that of filter element C, and filter element C reached the scrapped state first. At the same time, the relationship between flow rate and purification efficiency was found, which is helpful for consumers to choose PP filter element with better quality and replace it in time. By adjusting the booster pump of the equipment and controlling the flow rate at 25ml / s-55ml / s, the experiment of changing the flow rate of the activated carbon filter element shows that the purified water flow rate of the activated carbon filter element is maintained at about 35ml / s, which can ensure both the purification efficiency and the water making speed; the experiment of changing the concentration of the influent polluted liquid of the activated carbon filter element shows that when the influent concentration is low, the purification efficiency of the activated carbon filter element can be guaranteed, The purification efficiency of three kinds of activated carbon filter elements for organic matter is more than 90%, with the increase of influent concentration, the purification efficiency shows a downward trend; with the increase of water purification, the purification efficiency of three kinds of activated carbon filter elements shows a downward trend, and the purification efficiency of three kinds of activated carbon filter elements decreases to 33%, 50% and 45% respectively after constant pressure water supply of 3.6m3, Then the durability of three kinds of activated carbon filter elements was analyzed. Finally, the variable test of the reverse osmosis filter element in the household water purifier was carried out. By changing the inlet water temperature, inlet water pressure, inlet water concentration and raw water recovery rate of the reverse osmosis filter element, it was found that the inlet water temperature can change the purified water flow rate of the reverse osmosis filter element, the temperature can rise to a higher level, and the water making rate is faster, which explains the reason why the water making speed of the household reverse osmosis filter element is slower in winter than in summer, It is suggested that the inlet water temperature of household reverse osmosis water purifier should be maintained at 15-30 ℃. The influent lead ion concentrations were set as 0.2 mg / L, 0.3 mg / L, 0.4 mg / L, 0.5 mg / L, 1 mg / L, 1.5 mg / L and 2 mg / L respectively. Through the reverse osmosis filter element, it was found that the water purification speed and purification efficiency showed a decreasing trend. By changing the influent pressure to investigate the purification effect of the reverse osmosis filter element, it is found that the increase of the influent pressure will increase the net pressure of the reverse osmosis membrane, and the water yield will also increase. Generally speaking, the influent pressure of the reverse osmosis filter element of the domestic water purifier is best to maintain at 0.4-0.5mpa. Through this experimental study, we hope to promote the development of domestic water purifier industry.
