PP melt blown filter features and large filtration flow

PP melt blown filter is a non-toxic and odorless polypropylene particle as raw material, which is heated, melted, spun, drawn and accepted into a production process. It is characterized by high filtration precision and large filtration flow.

PP meltblown filter core is made of polypropylene as raw material. After new melt-blown, traction and receiving technology, polypropylene fiber is entangled by self-adhesive to form three-dimensional labyrinth microporous structure, and traditional fabric and carded non-woven fabric. The fiber distribution in the material has a larger specific surface area, a higher porosity, a finer pore size, and superior filtration performance than other common filter materials. Since the fiber diameter and density undergo a controllable change in the diameter direction of the filter element, the finished filter element thus formed will form a multi-layered gradient structure which is dense and loose.
