PP spun filter cartridge making machines are used to produce high quality PP filters, which are widely used in household and industrial wastewater pretreatment. The Working Principle of This Equipment Is As Below

Two kinds of PP spun filter cartridge machine -----using roots blower as the pressure and using air compressor with air tank have the similar working principle:

Auto Feeder feeds 100% new drawing class polypropylene into extruder. Then pp material is melting by heater through extruder.Roots Blower or Air Compressor and Air Tank blows the air into Air Heater and then the hot air will blow the liquid polypropylene materials through the Mold (with hundreds of small holes in the nozzle), and finally threaded materials arrive at the spindle of Winding Device. Winding Device rotates and forms filter cartridges. Then formed filter cartridges get off the spindle and reach to Auto Cutter. Auto Cutter cuts them according to the required length upon customers’ requirement.

* Mold clean oven is used to clean the mold after long-time use.

2. We provide an installing and training service to your factory in 7~14days until you master all the skills and you should take care of the plane ticket, hotel and living cost during this time.
