Working Principle
The automatic feeder automatically inhales 100% of the drawn grade polypropylene and sends it to the extruder. The extruder heats and melts the PP particles to a liquid state. Compressed air from the Roots blower or air compressor and the air tank is sent to the oven for heating. The hot air is sprayed from the nozzle to form a filament through the pressure (the nozzle contains hundreds of small holes). ), the last spun filament reaches the receiving device and then reaches the winding device.
